Service Termination

Clients may terminate their advisory relationship with Otley Wealth Management LLC at any time, subject to the terms outlined in the client agreement. Upon termination:

  • Advisory fees will be prorated to the date of termination
  • Any prepaid fees for services not yet rendered will be refunded
  • Account assets will be transferred according to client instructions
  • Final account statements and documentation will be provided

Fee Adjustments
